Reserve your Event
You are all set to book your party with Tutus & Bowties and need to know what’s next. Here is a quick glance at our overall process.
Step 1: Connect. Don’t hesitate. Contact our office today to schedule your complimentary phone consultation with a consultant. You may email us directly at contact@tutusbowtiesevents or by phone at (832) 398 – 4676.
Step 2: Availability. We will work closely with you to select an available date on our business calendar.
Step 3: Estimate. Based on our your event needs, an estimate will be submitted to you for approval. Once accepted a service agreement will be prepared.
Step 4: Accept. An agreement will be emailed to you that details your event, our services, and a deposit requirement. 50% of your event quote is required within 3 days of receiving your invoice in order to secure your spot on our calendar. Please note your event is not secured until this is received. We book really quickly and it will be very important for us to start on your party design as soon as possible! Clients begin booking as early as 6 months to ensure availability. A rush fee may be added to events booked within 2 weeks of the event date.
Step 5: Plan. Congratulations! We can now begin planing your event. Base on our consultation and communications, we will develop our plan to share with you. This stage may include venue hunting, theme selection, and concept development. As a part of our service, we will schedule a meeting to present your party plan. We will be in contact throughout the planning process!
Step 6: Party. Enjoy the party and let us do the rest!
Please note that we service Katy, Richmond, Sugarland, Cypress, and Houston. If your party is more than 25 miles outside of 77406, a minimal mileage fee will may be applied to your invoice.
