How soon should I book?
We have clients that will reserve their date six months out. We have events on the calendar for 2017 already! While we prefer at least 6 weeks in advance, events can be booked as late as two weeks. Please inquire about our rush fee for event booked within two weeks of the date needed. Holidays and year end is our busiest time. We do not suggest waiting to book if you are interested in our services.
What is the cost to hire your team?
Our clients have different needs. There are many factors that will impact your total event planning investment including: hours needed, guest count, level of detail, and requested services. We create a one of kind upscale experience for each client and therefore do not offer party packages. Historically, many of our social celebration clients set a minimal of $1,200 to cover pre-event planning and day of coordination fees.
