Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 2 kg
  • Kefir – 500 ml
  • Garlic – 5-6 cloves
  • Dry ground garlic – 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika (ground) – 1 teaspoon
  • Basil (dry) – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0,25 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste

  1. Pour the kefir in a container, where the kebab will marinate. Add peeled and crushed fresh garlic, pour all the dry spices, salt. Stir, taste, adjust if necessary.

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Vegetable oil (unscented) – 4 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sweet paprika (ground) – to taste
  • Coriander (ground) – to taste
  • Chopped onions – 2 pieces

Step by step instructions:

  1. In a deep bowl or saucepan, mix honey, mustard, vegetable oil, salt, paprika and coriander. Mix well.
  2. Onions cut into rings and send together with the chicken in the marinade. Allow to stand an hour and a half.

  • Onions – 500 grams
  • Kiwi (not hard) – 4-5 pieces
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Step by step instructions:

  1. Beforehand, you need to peel the kiwi and onion, and then chop them with a blender to a state of puree. Chop the chicken (if necessary).
  2. Pour the chicken pieces with the mixture, add salt and pepper. Stir. Leave it for an hour.
  3. You can safely add any other spices you like.
  4. Roast until ready on a grill or skewers.

Chicken can not be left in this marinade for more than 2 hours. It will become too soft.

Of fillet in garlic and onion marinade

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 1,5 kg
  • Onions – 0,5 kg
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Tomatoes – 0,3 kg
  • Mixture of spices (ground black and red pepper, basil, turmeric, curry, cumin) – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste

Step by step instructions:

  1. Chicken fillet should be at room temperature, it should be cut into slices of 4*4 cm.
  2. Tomatoes should be chopped in a blender, the onion should be sliced in half rings, and the garlic should be grated on a fine grater.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced fillet, onion, garlic, shredded tomatoes, all the spices.
  4. Mix everything well with your hands. If the tomatoes are not very juicy, you can add a little water. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  5. Before frying meat salt, stir again and string on skewers or wooden skewers, which must be pre-soaked in water.
  6. Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Spicy

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh – 2 kg
  • Teriyaki sauce – 100 ml
  • Cloves (ground) – to taste
  • Coriander (ground) – to taste
  • Pepper mix (ground) – to taste
  • Basil (dry) – to taste
  • Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
  • Chopped onions – 2 units
  • Salt – to taste

Step by step instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into two pieces, add to them all the seasonings, salt and teriyaki sauce. Thoroughly mix.
  2. Dry spices can be taken 0.25 teaspoon each.
  3. Then add onion chopped in half rings to the meat and rub it with your hands. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Roast on open coals until ready.
